The PZPN Club Licensing Committee has penalized Betclic II league clubs financially or by deducting points from the table. The teams penalized by the Committee are: Olimpia Elbląg, Olimpia Grudziądz, Resovia, Skra Częstochowa and Wisła Puławy.
The PZPN Club Licenses Committee, after considering the documents, decided to financially penalize the following second league clubs: Olimpia Elbląg, Olimpia Grudziądz and Resovia. On the other hand, sanctions in the form of negative points in the table affected Skra Częstochowa (one point deducted) and Wisła Puławy (two points deducted).
Clubs may appeal against the above decision of the PZPN Club Licensing Committee to the PZPN Club Licensing Appeal Committee.
The problems of the second league clubs will have a negative impact on the image of Betclic II league and the perception of the second league by fans in Poland.
