Mateusz Abramowicz is no longer the goalkeeper of Miedź Legnica. The nearly 33-year-old player has been given permission for a medical transfer to another first league team - Odra Opole.
Mateusz Abramowicz is an experienced, almost 33-year-old goalkeeper who has represented Śląsk Wrocław, GKS Katowice and Miedzianka in his career. He has played 30 matches in the PKO Ekstraklasa, and well over 70 in the lower leagues.
Recently, the popular Abram was only a replacement for Jakub Wrąbel in Miedź Legnica, which is why he agreed to a medical transfer to Odra Opole. Medical transfers are a fairly rare phenomenon, which, with the consent of the governing body, can be allowed due to numerous injuries in such a sensitive position as goalkeeper.
